Why joining a swimming club?

This is where swimming becomes a sport. Members of a swim club compete at local, state and national competitions. We cater for all level of swimmers, from toddlers just learning who want to race but have fun all the way through National level swimmers. For the youngsters if need be we can put an older swimmer in the water to make sure they are safe while racing. If you have a love of water then Campbelltown Amateur Swimming Club is the place for you. In addition to a healthy lifestyle, children will benefit from gaining skills in:

Why Campbelltown Swim Club?

As a parent we understand that you want to be able to provide your child with the best opportunities in life. Campbelltown Amateur Swimming Club is a nonprofit organisation of amateur swimmers of all ages. Our goals are to have fun, socialise and get fit. We also cater for those with special needs. We are a caring all inclusive club.

In addition we offer:

• Safe environment for your children

• Playing area for younger kids and toddlers

• 50 m outdoor heated pool

• 25 m indoor heated pool

• 12 m indoor heated pool

• Canteen

• Club Night BBQ

• Lifeguards always on site

Where are the races held?

We are conveniently located in the heart of the Macarthur area at the Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre, Bradbury. The centre itself is wheelchair friendly. There is car park with plenty of spaces and there are designed handicapped parking spaces for those with access issues. We hold our swim races every Friday from 7pm with warm up starting at 6.30 pm.

How much is the membership?

Swimmers:

Aged up to 7 ………………… FREE

Aged 8 to 99 ……………… $ 75.00

Non Swimmers:

All ages ……………………. $ 25.00

It includes:

• Club Membership October to September

• Affiliation to Swimming Australia

• Affiliation to Swimming NSW

• Insurance

• Welcoming package

On Friday night, the cost is $1.50 per race per swimmer. Maximum number of races per night is 2.

What do I need as a member?

Goggles, swimmers and a towel. Members can also purchase optional gear i.e. club swimming cap, club polo shirt, club shorts, club hoodie, and more through our website or on Friday night at the races.

How do I join?

If you are registering for the first time, visit our website www.campbelltown.swimming.org.au and on the right top corner click on the JOIN button and complete an online registration. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email. Or ask one of our volunteers on club night.

Learn to Swim and Squad

Learn to Swim and the Squad program is run by Council. Learn to Swim runs for all ages from babies to adults. Squads provide a training platform for those who may want to swim competitively. Squad coaches are our club coaches. For more information please contact the swim centre on 46454040
